Welcome to Auviana's shop policies!
Every piece we work with is handmade. Each piece is unique and no two are the same. A lot of time and effort goes into every item and we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them.
This page is for the nitty gritty of it all and hope it answers any questions you may have regarding each category. If you feel your question still isnt answered, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to answer it for you!
Payment
For your safety and ours, we only accept payments through PayPal. Its quick and easy, and you dont need to have an account with PayPal to use a credit card.
There are way too many scams out there to deal with any other form of payment.
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Please be sure your name and address is correct with PayPal as this is the address to which we ship. If you would like to ship to a different address, please notify us and we will be willing to accommodate.
We ship all of our packages USPS First Mail (2-5 days for the US - 5-7 days for Canada - 7-14 days International). If you would like your items shipped Priority, please contact us for additional charges. All priority packages ship with tracking numbers, domestic and international.
Additional insurance is optional. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us and we will adjust the shipping rate for you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you feel the item is not as described or wasn't what you expected from the photos, you can exchange your item for another in the shop. You must contact us within one week from date of shipment in order to discuss an exchange of your purchased item.
The shipping charges for exchanges are your responsibility.
There are no exchanges on custom orders.
Sorry, there are no refunds.
Custom Orders
If you would like a custom order please contact us first to discuss design and purchase price. All custom orders need to be paid in full before we start working on your items. Please allow 4-7 days depending on the items requested.
